She was nominated for the Tony Award as Best Actress in a Musical for her performance in Sweet Charity (2005). Samantha Who? was her next ABC sitcom. She was a prominent character in the sitcom Samantha Who on ABC? (2007-2009), where she earned two Primetime Emmy Award nominees and a Golden Globe Award nomination; as well as the NBC sitcom Up All Night (2011).
