He attended college for 3 weeks. "Things didn't really turn out for me. It did not work out for them and they decided decide to split up." He later moved to New York where he attended Circle in the Square Theatre School. The actors reunited for The Last Word, where they were lovers on the screen. Stuart Fink wrote the movie and Mark Pellington directed it. Shirley MacLaine, a Broadway star, also appeared in the film. Sadoski's ex-wife Hope was divorced from him just a few days earlier, and Seyfried had split from Long in September.
