The Horizon Award is given to individuals from the private sector who have contributed to improve opportunities for everyone Americans. It also honors those who have set extraordinary models for youngsters through their achievements in life. Tom was an excellent teammateand was extremely grateful to be part of such a skilled and experienced group, practicing and playing hard when his Magnum schedule allowed. ....
