Emily Swallow

Her career started in Broadway theater where she appeared in various shows. These comprised High Fidelity and King Lear at the Guthrie Theater. Other shows are Much Ado About Nothing for Shakespeare in the Park. And the off-Broadway premieres Romantic Poetry and Measuring for Pleasure. The film debut of Swallow was 2008, with the war film The Lucky Ones. Swallow has been in a variety of world premieres, including Donald Margulies' The Country House in Los Angeles' Geffen Playhouse; Louis Jenkins' Nice Fish in Minneapolis' Guthrie Theatre opposite Mark Rylance[citation required] John Patrick Shanley's Romantic Poetry in Manhattan Theater Club. Her performances in The Taming of the Shrew was awarded the Falstaff Award. Swallow produced a show along together with comedian Jac Huberman in 2012 called Jac N Swallow. They performed it at the New York's Laurie Beeckman Theater as well as at Joe's Pub. The comic adventures of this pair are the main focus on the stage show. They have to face a range of challenges in their lives, but all in a manner that is respectful. A series is being created around the characters. It's worth noting that she worked with Mark Rylance on a world premiere of Nice Fish, at the Guthrie Theater. In 2016, Center Theatre Group cast Swallow in Ayad Akhtar Disgraced. Swallow played her first part in a television show, Guiding Light. Later, she played roles in Southland. Ringer. The Good Wife. NCIS. Flight of the Conchords. Medium. Also, as Dr. Michelle Robidaux, the main character on TNT's Monday Mornings[2]. She played FBI Agent Kim Fischer in The Mentalist. She was cast as Amara "the Darkness" in 2015's eleventh Supernatural season. In 2019, she'll play the role of Armorer, the Mandalorians' traditional leader as seen in Star Wars' The Mandalorian. Her appearance hasn't been seen in the series as traditionalists are not allowed to remove their helmets in view of the other characters. The character became more prominent during Season 3 since the main focus of the narrative was Mandalorian tradition and the people who live there that were not only Mandalorian. Emily Emily Emily
